1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the Revolt Filmz website and the sports video clips, downloads, and related services (the "Service") provided by Revolt Filmz ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The service

Revolt Filmz produces and sells professionally captured sports video clips and custom video projects. Single clips are available as one-time digital downloads. Larger custom projects are quoted individually via our contact form.

3. Account & accuracy

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have parental/guardian consent) to purchase. You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person;
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code;
• Attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

5. Intellectual property & license

All video content, branding, software, and materials made available through the Service remain the property of Revolt Filmz. When you purchase a clip, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the clip for personal, non-commercial purposes (including sharing on personal social media accounts). You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the footage, or use it for commercial advertising, without our prior written consent.

6. Subject likeness

Athletes, parents, or schools who wish to request that a specific clip featuring an identifiable minor be removed may contact us and we will review the request in good faith.

7. Payments, billing & refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our refund policy is also set out on our Refund Policy page.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Files are typically processed and made available within 24 hours of the event, but turnaround times are not guaranteed.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies.

10. Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
