We stand behind every clip we deliver. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Revolt Filmz, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Revolt Filmz orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Reach out through our contact page and we will help process your refund.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
Custom projects
Larger custom video projects quoted via our contact form may be subject to separate refund terms outlined in the project agreement. The 30-day guarantee above always applies to standard single-clip purchases.
